OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU


At AutoDepot.in, we take great pride in the quality of our car accessories. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. In the rare event that something goes wrong, we are here to make it right — quickly and fairly.



1. 3-DAY REPORTING WINDOW


All damage or defect claims must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.


Once you receive your order, please inspect it thoroughly on the day of delivery. Report us immediately if you notice any of the following:


• Product received in damaged or broken condition

• Manufacturing defect (incorrect fitment, material flaw, missing components)

• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)

• Incomplete order (missing items in a set or bundle)



2. REQUIRED EVIDENCE — PHOTOS & VIDEOS


To process your claim swiftly, please send us ALL of the following within 3 days of delivery:


• Unboxing video — A continuous video of you opening the parcel from sealed condition. This is the most important proof and strongly recommended for every order.

• Photos of the damaged/defective area — Clear, well-lit images highlighting the defect.

• Photo of the outer packaging — Shows whether damage occurred during transit.

• Photo of the shipping label — Clearly showing the Order ID and delivery details.

• Photo of the product label/sticker — Showing model and SKU details.


Note: In case of transit damage, an unboxing video is the strongest evidence to support your claim. Without it, we may be unable to process courier-related damage claims.



3. FREE REPLACEMENT — OUR PROMISE


If your claim is verified, we will dispatch a FREE replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you — including free shipping on the replacement order.


• Replacement is dispatched within 2–3 business days of claim approval.

• You will receive a new tracking number via SMS/email.

• We will arrange a reverse pickup of the defective product at no charge to you.

• Replacement will be of the same product and variant as originally ordered.

• If the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.



4. HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM


Step 1 — Email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery.

Send your claim to support@autodepot.in or WhatsApp us. Include your Order ID.


Step 2 — Attach all required evidence.

Share photos and videos clearly showing the defect, damaged packaging, shipping label, and product label.


Step 3 — Claim review within 24–48 hours.

Our team will review your submission and respond with a resolution.


Step 4 — Reverse pickup scheduled.

We arrange a courier to collect the defective item from your address at no cost.


Step 5 — Replacement dispatched.

Your replacement is shipped within 2–3 business days of the defective product being picked up.



5. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS


The following are NOT eligible for return or replacement:


• Claims reported after 3 days from the date of delivery

• Products that have been installed, used, or modified

• Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect vehicle fitment chosen by the customer

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic variation due to screen colour calibration

• Products returned without prior written approval from AutoDepot.in

• Missing or tampered serial numbers, labels, or brand stickers

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or exposure to harsh conditions after delivery



6. REFUNDS


Our primary resolution for valid claims is a free replacement. If the same product is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund:


• Prepaid orders: Refund credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days. Bank details will be requested at the time of approval.


Note: Refunds are only issued when replacement is not possible. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind.



7. IMPORTANT NOTES


• AutoDepot.in reserves the right to reject claims that do not include the required evidence.

• This policy applies to orders placed on www.autodepot.in only.

• For installation-related queries, please contact us before installation — we are happy to assist.
