At AutoDepot.in, we ensure every order is carefully packed and dispatched on time. We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India with no minimum order value required. Every shipment is fully insured in transit, so your order is protected from our warehouse right to your doorstep.



1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME


• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation SMS/email immediately after placing your order.

• A shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent once your order is dispatched.


Note: During sale events or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days due to high order volumes.



2. SHIPPING CHARGES


• FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value.

• No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

• For certain remote or difficult-to-access pin codes, additional shipping charges may apply. This will be clearly communicated at checkout before payment.



3. TRANSIT INSURED SHIPPING


Every order shipped from AutoDepot.in is fully covered under transit insurance at no additional cost to you.


• If your product is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you are fully protected.

• In case of a transit damage claim, report to us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photographs as evidence.

• Our team will initiate the insurance claim process on your behalf and dispatch a free replacement promptly.

• You will not be required to bear any cost related to the insurance claim or replacement shipping.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES


Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata):

3 – 5 business days after dispatch


Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities:

5 – 7 business days after dispatch


Rural & Remote Areas:

7 – 14 business days after dispatch


Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. AutoDepot.in is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.



5. SHIPMENT TRACKING


• A tracking number will be shared via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

• You can track your order directly on our website at www.autodepot.in or on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.

• If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at autodepot.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98181 89797.



6. COURIER PARTNERS


We ship through reputed courier partners including but not limited to:


• Delhivery

• BlueDart

• Ekart Logistics

• Xpressbees

• DTDC


The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and product size to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.



7. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES


• Each order can only be shipped to one address.

• If you need products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.



8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS


• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

• Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order in such cases.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.



9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS


• AutoDepot.in is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

• If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately at autodepot.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98181 89797. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is handed over to the courier.



10. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT


• If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and ask the delivery agent to return it.

• If you have already accepted the package and notice damage, report it to us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.

• Since all our shipments are transit insured, we will process a free replacement at no cost to you.
